I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The customer service—especially from the owner—was shockingly poor, marked by rude and unprofessional behavior. There is a clear lack of respect not only toward customers but also toward employees. It’s also concerning that the store does not seem to support the local community through hiring. Even more troubling, I’ve heard from members of the community that they reportedly do not compensate employees for training. I would not recommend supporting this business.

Healthy, nutritious and filling. This is a frequent stop of ours when we're hungry and need a solid meal. Today the lady who made our order brought it right to the table along with utensils and all. She's really fast and neat, and cleans the counter between customers. Comparing with other Barburrito locations, this is our favorite by far!

Never coming back to this location, I got a regular burrito and she barely gave me 1 scoop of meat. What a rip off I paid for beans and vegetables.
The location and food is good, but the service is just there. Its been a few times now, and at the rush of diner there is only one person working, or attending, at the fronr, and going to the back to do things, creating long waits. The staff or good, but whoever hires and staffs does not have enough people avaialable, when more then 4 people are in the location asking for food. Shame.
