Food was good

As said before the french onion soup is fantastic and I'm pretty fussy, little more croutons and a little less onion would work well.
We were guests last Friday around 6:30 and really impressed with food though pricy and service was great, not hovering but attentive. Probably the only downfall was entitled people that needed to shout, inside voices folks it's not all about you.
Loved the free parking, about 5 bucks per car and there were three.

Was very busy and hard to get a server. There seemed to be lots of them, but still had to wait a long time. The manager was walking around and helping, making sure people were looked after. Food was good. Pricey though...tourist town. Not very wheelchair friendly. Seating is packed in.

Today was our third time eating here and it's been much better in the past. My husband's burger was dry because it had been overcooked and both our fries had too many little hard bits. It was kinda pricey for mediocre food. We probably won't be back.

We've been here plenty of times. Thr food is good, nothing outstanding, but good.

We went in tonight and they were quite busy, as a show was getting out down the street. The deal here is to seat yourself, so we did. A few moments later someone came up and said to talk to the guy in the white shirt, then he just threw a reserved sign on our table, no explanation. When I asked the guy with the white shirt if there were any tables he just shook his head. Didn't say a word and looked away. I asked if everything was reserved, he just nodded. And barely acknowledged me. Didn't say one word to me and just stared at his little piece of paper. When we walked away a server told us the man in the white shirt could help us, I told them he didn't help at all and she gave a funny look. I get that they were busy because a show must have just ended, but that doesn't excuse the terrible way we were treated. Just horrible way to treat local customers. We won't be back for a long time.

Was our first time and each meal ordered at our table was great. Our server was friendly and welcoming also. Made for a great experience. We only ate at the restaurant, no overnight stays.

Good food at a reasonable price. Good central location

Way too loud. You can have the game on without making it impossible for people to hear each other.

Take out. Terrible service. Not even a napkin or fork with a $5 tip. Bitchy waitress.
I will never go back. Food was missing the cucumber as well. You suck.nbe nicer if you want repeat customers..I went 3 times and each time. They failed.

Had a late lunch today and our server was inattentive and not at all friendly. Fries were ice cold and it took forever to get our server to have them replaced. Ended up just not having them. Disappointed as normally the food and service are great.

Fantastic food with amazing wait staff! It is lovely and nestled downtown in the heart of Stratford. Delicious poutine!

We go to Stratford at least twice a year. The food menu is varied and we have all enjoyed it. They are always busy but the staff are very attentive and caring
