I recently visited The Boathouse Riverside in Stratford, and it’s an amazing spot! The patio is right on the water, which is so nice. The staff is really friendly, and the food is surprisingly affordable for such a great location and quality. My family and I had a wonderful time renting paddle boats and enjoying our afternoon. If you’re ever in Stratford, make sure to visit this place!

This is a fantastic spot right in the middle of the Stratford scene! Typically boathouse type food is average and they are mostly just there to support the boat and bike rentals, but here the food is legitimately delicious too! Great sandwiches and salads, so most optimal for lunch. Also, the owners and staff could not be nicer, we have rented bikes from them twice this week and are starting to become pretty well acquainted!

Such a nice place with a hidden patio right on the water. There were clean blankets on the chairs for when it gets chilly. The food and ice cream is so good. Boat ride is real fun and our captain was knowledgeable and told us fun educational stories. We love it there.

there are so many things to do here! you can order food, rent bikes and go on a boat tour. the area is so nice and i definitely recommend the boat tour, its peaceful and you can ask as many questions as you’d like. the food is great and the bikes are good too.

Great sandwich and drink. My husband and I split the Juliet sandwich (roasted turkey, vegetables, hummus) and a carbonated lemonade. Quick and efficient service. Beautiful outdoor seating next to the river.

What a jewel The Boathouse is in Stratford ❣️❣️ The most incredible food , service and atmosphere overlooking the Avon River. It is THE place to visit while visiting the city. The boat tour was amazing. The young captain had a great sense of humour and made the kids' day by offering them to be behind the wheel. The food at the patio was great too. Ice cream was too good for that price! A great place to visit when in Stratford!
