After I had a very disrespectful girl today take our order I sure will not be going back when this lady is working as we walked in she had her AirPods in and was giving off a very snarky tone than she came back up to the cash til and looked us in our face said what do you want in once again very snarky tone than proceeded to not ask what booster we wanted just put we didn’t want one as they always ask she rolled her eyes and than put the booster on she wasn’t respectful and had horrible customer service I’m so dissatisfied at her tone and the way she treated not just me but the lady’s behind us so if you see a lady with a cheetah print head band be warned she is a very disrespectful person.

I had a great experience at Booster Juice today! I was served by JAYLIN, and she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and made my order perfectly. On top of that, she had such a positive vibe and a beautiful smile that made the visit even better. Big shoutout to JAYLIN for making my day—definitely coming back! 🧋✨✨

I’m here at 7:45 on Thursday May 22, 2025 for my juice and its closed.
“Zero customer service, no smile. I went to order a mango smoothie, but it tasted terrible. The employee had a ‘why are you here?’ expression on her face.”
I also see many other review , who encounter the same girl behind the counter I guess.
She deserve a better job than making smoothies for people and giving them there worst experience

I've been a regular here, visiting every other day, but my experience on April 8th was awful. The lady behind the counter was incredibly rude, with no smile and only negative vibes. It made me feel completely unwelcome. I’ve always enjoyed coming here before, but after this, To make matters worse, the smoothie she made was so bad, it felt like she was doing everything to ensure I wouldn’t return.
Tammy H from the Stratford location is the best super kind upset and friendly. Great work!! This lady needs her own store!!
Went to this store after 4 PM on Tuesday. Girl behind the counter was a complete snot. Sorry for being an inconvenience to you. Last time I go in there.

I’m new to Booster and the staff must have noticed I looked a little lost given so many options BUT they expertly navigated me thru the process asking what I liked explained my options and made a smoothie that was not just delicious but surprisingly filling - it was a meal by itself. Thank you Booster staff for your professionalism and patience explaining everything to me - I will most definitely be returning.

On Sunday, November 17th, I visited the Stratford Booster Juice location. Immediately upon entering the store, I was made to feel unwelcome, as if I were interrupting something that the female employee would rather have been doing. As I began to order, the employee was short and twice cut me off before I was finished ordering and later became argumentative about the items available as a part of the order, and made me feel that not only was I a bother, but that I was unintelligent, and should have known better than to ask for something that I had been provided by other staff members over the long course of my support of this location. She even stated , I don’t know who would allow this “ She then continued to be rude, and disrespectful, suggesting that in spite of the location being completely empty of patrons besides myself, that I should, in the future, consider ordering ahead to make it easier on the staff. I left with my items, but also with a feeling of disrespect that transformed into anger in the hours that followed. I was truly shocked and disappointed by the service I received, and in the moment couldn’t truly comprehend just how inappropriate and unwelcome the treatment was. As time has passed, I felt compelled to reach out and share my experience. I know that business owners need this kind of feedback in order to help address these concerns, but also to help ensure that staff training or support can be implemented so that this remains an isolated incident. It is my hope that this incident is isolated, and I am willing to consider returning to the location at a later date, but do so with some trepidation. Should the experience be the same going forward, I will not hesitate to share my experiences widely with others, and ensure that they too avoid this location, and subjecting themselves to this sort of treatment as a paying customer.

Tammmy I believe her name was, was incredibly friendly and helpful! So often reviews are only left when something goes wrong, but in this case it was just a very pleasant experience for a tired traveler.
