We ate here Friday night and although our server was nice, it took a while for her to come take our order and bring us drinks. Was kind of inattentive. We were seated with no utensils at a dirty table. The girls in the kitchen were SO loud it made our dinner less than enjoyable. I’m aware this is meant to be a somewhat loud environment but when we have to repeat ourselves several times because we can’t hear over the yelling and laughing. My husband ordered a burger with fries and literally got 15 fries lol we paid $23 for a burger and fries… the portions should (and have at other locations) reflect the pricing. The salad we got was dry and tasteless but by the time our server came back, there was no sense in sending it back. At the end of the day, BP is usually one of our favourite places to eat but I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location.

We enjoyed dinner there this past weekend. The food and service were great. When we left, we realized that my daughter left something behind on the table. The staff, including Taylor, went above and beyond to help us find the missing item. Thank you!

Waited 1 hour for our food. Staff manager was rude when asked about our meals. When food finally came with no apology. We left. Would not recommend Boston Pizza. Did not pay for our meal. Sent it back. Others had same problem. Poorly run.

I had my 2 sons and my only daughter together at the same time for a few days. While we were together I decided to take everyone out for supper. Our waitress (I don't remember her name) was exceptionally friendly and polite (which she gets extra marks for). My apologies little waitress.
My daughter (lady's first) ordered Mac & cheese with garlic bread. The oldest boy ordered pizza (I don't recall what kind) but man was it good. The youngest ordered a burger (I don't remember what kind it was either) and I ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac & cheese and garlic bread with cheese. As always for me I has ice tea, no alcohol. I don't drink & drive, especially with my kidiots in the car and their lives depending on my judgment. And trying to be a good role model in that area of life. I'm gluten free and dairy-free. The gluten-free bun on the chicken club sandwich was really tasty and the sandwich held together. I didn't have the garlic and cheese brioche. I had a garden salad with their house citrus vinaigrette as a side. Very tasty and filling. There's not a ton of options for dairy-free since a lot of the food includes cheese. Glancing at the menu, they seem to be much more accommodating to gluten-free.

We were travelling from far over 6 hours with. My family, and saw this boston pizza who fell on the way, online on google it shows 12am as closing when we showed up at 10pm we waited for 15 min for someone to come to the front and then were told the kitchen and dining is closed. I think if you decide to close earlier cause of less flow of customers atleast update the timing.

This place was amazing! We got seated as soon as we arrived. We waited about 10 minutes for our food. The food was delicious, they definitely know how to make their food! The person who took our order was nice! The place was very well cleaned and their were no crumbs from previous people. Definitely recommend going here with family!
