delicious, food, fresh and tasty.Unfortunately, the music is way too loud , and the style of music is that of a club or a dance hall. Not a very relaxing place to eat.I rushed through my delicious bowl just to get out of there .The chef had to call me three times to tell me my order was ready. I couldn’t hear him over the loud dance music.You can do better Bowl Bar.Vegetarian options: The hippie bowl and potato and leek soup is delicious. some type of bread option or rolls or buns would be a plus.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend and just had a bowl of soup. My friend had one of the salad bowls. Both were very good and the atmosphere is comfortable. I'll be back.

I agree with the description that says " Local. Wholesome...' but when the prices don't match the amount of food they give you - as tasty as it was, I was disappointed with my meal. I didn't receive as much food as I thought should have been in the bowl. There are far more better places to take a meal while in Stratford.
