Passing through Stratford on Labour Day, decided to stop here for food. Great decision!! Excellent quality food and the people here are friendly! Genuine personalities and the selection of baked goods in the coolers at the counter were pretty tantalizing (can't have them due to watching diabetes). The omelette was very very good. Highly recommended.

The best breakfast spot in Stratford!
The eggs Benny were perfection — eggs cooked just right, with delicious peameal and the most amazing hollandaise sauce. Brian, the owner, came over to chat and let us know everything is made in-house. He was so friendly and welcoming, he made us feel so welcomed.
Before you leave, don’t forget to grab a butter tart for later (you’ll thank yourself!) and some locally sourced bacon — perfect for those summer tomatoes.

Lots of gluten-free choices here, in addition to the usual yummy breakfast and lunch items, including gluten-free butter tarts!
Friendly, good food and don’t forget to take home some cookies, too.

Busy Saturday morning spot for breakfast
Tasty pastries and cookies and coffee keeps coming while your food is cooking.
We'll be back
The new owner, Brian, is from eastern Canada 🇨🇦 and a super friendly man. I actually liked him even more when he explained that he supports local businesses and families who help or are involved with the day to day baking or supplying the restaurant in one way or another.
Everything there is never the wrong choice. My biggest problem is when I go to pay for breakfast and I have the buttertarts and other baked goods calling 📞 my name. I always drop another $15-$20 before I leave 😋

I ordered the eggs Benedict and subbed the peameal bacon for regular bacon. It tasted absolutely amazing. Of all the places I’ve been that have eggs Benedict, this is the best I’ve had, the hollandaise sauce tasted amazing, the eggs were poached to perfection. 10/10 I love it here.

We stopped in for breakfast while visiting from Ottawa. What a fanstatic place for a lovely breakfast. The lady serving us was super nice, the food was delicious and it was very quick service. I would give 6 stars if i could because they have HP sauce for a bacon/egg sandwich!! Highly recommend

Their house made home fries are among the best I have had. Breakfasts are excellent and the portions are generous. I had a classic Eggs Benedict and it was very good. Highly recommend this location for a good breakfast.

Cute little spot to meet for breakfast or lunch. I’ve been here twice now & have not been disappointed either times. They have great prices for their big portions. The atmosphere is very relaxed & casual. The waitress is friendly & gives great customer service.
This is one of my Favourite Breakfast restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is fantastic. I love the fact that they accept a portion of their bill in OUR Community Dollars.
