I asked for a double whopper with bacon & cheese only and got my burger with everything in it so I took it back in and said I wanted the double whopper with bacon and cheese only and they gave me a single burger with bacon and cheese only. Not sure what's so hard about doing a double whopper plain is.

I don't know why I got the short end of the stick at this location but a 20-minute wait for my lunch on my break time is not really feasible for a fast food place especially when I see people going and ordering after me and getting their meals before me why was I the only one who had to wait so long?

Worst Service Ever.. if they don’t like what you are ordering in the drive through,as in a veggie burger…they make up a lame excuse that it will take 1/2 hr because they are in the middle of cleaning the grill (at 9pm.. they close at midnight) Horrible customer service 👎🏽
When you order a Roadhouse King and get a small little cheeseburger instead... Yeah I won't be back. I should have checked my order before I left so I guess that's my fault. Head office never replied to my email.

Lunchtime and not one staff member could spare a glance at the front counter.
Six customers queued and not one person could even swing by and check afterseveral minutes.
Staff seemed more concerned with drive thru.
Do you not have enough staff for the lunch rush?
Do you properly train them?
Another customer had to yell into the kitchen to get service.
I left. Busy or not, if not one person can be bothered to at least say hello, I'm going elsewhere.
