Visited this place as a big family with kids, and it was a complete disappointment. The food was bad across the board. The soup of the day was drenched in cornstarch and tasted heavy and pasty. The cream of mushroom felt more like cement than cream. The liver dish was shocking — just a piece of meat dripping in pure oil, almost inedible.
The only decent items were the loaded baked potatoes and the side of beets. The kids’ pizza was clearly frozen, nothing fresh about it. The chicken souvlaki came with uncooked rice, under-seasoned meat, and cold chicken. Even the salad was soaked in so much oil it was hard to eat. Someone needs to take the oil away from that kitchen entirely.
This place needs immediate TLC from top to bottom. Definitely not worth the visit.

Do not go here without a reservation. They always say it’s a 30 minute wait, but it’s usually much much longer - we waited almost an hour with two young kids and ended up having to leave because the time estimates are just never accurate or helpful. :( very very frustrating.

Good food at affordable prices. Extensive menu with sections for kids and seniors. They are able to substitute in order to accommodate dietary restrictions. We were there at a Friday evening, probably the busiest time of the week. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. The service was friendly and attentive.

Waitress was stressed because someone hadn't shown up however she took it out on our table. Got orders all wrong... I had chicken parm and the bottom was literally burnt. If it hadn't been burnt there would have been no flavor at all. There was just so much that was wrong I dont have enough time to type it all... Will not ever return

One of my most favourite restaurants in Stratford. My top 3 are as follows: 1. Chicken on a pita 2. Demetres Burger 3. Greek salad (The tzatziki is addicting) Food is always so delicious and the owners are so friendly. A helpful tip: make sure to have a reservation during the busy times!

My family and I had a delightful meal. The waitress was very nice to us and even gave my wife a great tip for handling red wine stains on a dress! The decor may seem dated to some, but to us it was charming. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Stratford! Dessert was yummy also!

Stratford staple. Locals eat here a lot. Family owned restaurant. Staff are nice and helpful. If you are in a rush it probably isn't your best choice, but otherwise relax and enjoy!
Menu is extensive, so everyone can find something they like. From chicken fingers to Greek selections, fish dinners to steak, pasta to pancakes (tip: add strawberries and blueberries to your pancakes. Mmmmm).
You can easily make reservations from their website, or call them. Lovely people working hard to serve the community (literally).
