My friends visited this place a couple of months ago and they suggested that we visit Stratford again with other friends, which we did yesterday. My friends warned us that the lady at the front isn't so nice though, and just be careful.It's a very nice place with huge variety of teas to choose from, nicely set up store. Beautiful displays of teapots, cups, etc. Dianne was nice to us, I think it's just her personality that she guages people first before she gives out her precious smiles. I didn't find her rude at all, she's just reserve but not unfriendly. We had a great time shopping at this store, we were like children in a candy store!We are big tea lovers and we choose the teas that we drink, and this store captured our attention! We will definitely come back to this tea store with more customers? (more of our friends). I highly recommend this tea shop to family and friends.Cheers Dianne!

Great teas!! Got a calming blend for upset stomach and it relieved it very quickly. They know their stuff and will definitely be back for more amazing custom teas.

Having once written a glowing review, all that has changed. I was a customer for almost 10yrs. I had spent over $800. A recent shipment went missing. Instead of resending the package until it was sorted out, I was treated with sarcasm, mistrust and as a potential liar and/or thief. Guess what, Diane used the wrong apt#. Never again. Who needs more business during covid? Not Diane. The response from the owner reveals that you just don't get it. You caused a lot of time and effort on my part to try and figure out what was your error. My wasted time far exceeds the refund.
