So with over 70,000,000+ views on my Google reviews as a Level 9 expert Google Reviewer, I always aim to give clear and honest feedback.
I recently visited Features for breakfast and overall found the experience to be okay, but nothing particularly special. The restaurant was very busy, the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic and could have used more attention to tidiness and cleanliness during the rush. I ordered my eggs over hard, but they were still runny when served. I ended up just eating the bacon and the edges of the eggs. it was not what I had expected. On a positive note, the food did not take an overly long time to arrive despite how busy it was.
Our server, Dan, was pleasant which we appreciated. My suggestion would simply be to take a little extra care with food preparation and maintaining the floors and overall cleanliness, even during peak hours. It was not a terrible experience, just not quite what I had hoped for.

I don't know why so so much smoked products seems like the menu is loosing the diner feeling, no breakfast specials I don't know but looks like trouble to me . Just my own personal feelings sorry

First time going since Features was at the old location. New location is horrible, open and loud. Took forever to be seated even though the place was only half full. It's stupid expensive now, not worth it. I paid for 3 eggs with my breakfast, got 1 if we're being generous. That teaspoon of beans was a joke. What a ripoff. And to top it all of the server was trying to be funny the whole time. Dude, just shut up and give me my food. Find somewhere else to eat.

Coffee and food were fine, though the coffee was a bit watery. Atmosphere didn’t feel very cozy, pretty grey and lots of empty space!
Nice little restaurant right on the corner on the main street. We had a window seat on the corner quite nice. I got the seniors breakfast. Was a good deal.

I recently visited Features in Stratford. The restaurant itself is very nice and has a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food, while flavorful, was served quite cold, which took away from the experience. Our server was polite but never checked in to see how our meal was going. Overall, it was an average experience — not terrible, but not one I’m likely to return for.

We decided to go for breakfast 🥞 while in town for the weekend, Features seems to be the only traditional place in town. The place was busy so expect a short wait . The service was good as well as the food. Anyone looking for a traditional breakfast leaving with a full belly must visit Features !!
