Placed an order for takeout at 5:35pm told it would be ready for 6:15pm I arrived paid for it at 6:15 and then sat waiting for it for 20 minutes. The real kicker was someone arrived after 6:15 and had their meal on the table 5 minutes before my take out arrived. Will not go back.

We ordered at 5:30 and by 6:30 we still had no food. After asking multiple times when we would get our food we got no answer. We ended up asking for it to go and we were told our entire order got missed. Will not be coming back here, don’t waster your time.

Absolutely the worst delivery times EVER. 2 hours other more. I called at 5:pm and they could not deliver until 6:45. Just not that good to wait that long.

Don't order takeout. It's an hour after my $100 order was supposed to be ready and I'm still sitting here in their foyer waiting for it. The restaurant is practically empty. This isn't the first time but I keep trying because I want so badly to support local. :(

The food was good but I ordered my fortune cookie and nothing came out inside, I ordered another one and the waitress brought it to me and threw it on the table something as simple as good customer service makes a big difference

Having lived in Stratford for 20yrs and going back to visit I was excited to try Gene’s again as it had been years! Egg rolls were fine, Singapore Noodles (my favourite Chinese dish to eat) was ok, hot & sour soup was disappointing as tofu had a really weird texture which ruined the whole thing! My spouse enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken and medium spice had a good kick to it!
