Harvey's is a fast food chain. For fast food, the food was delicious. I had a well made fast food burger with fresh toppings and very tasty fries. What really stands out about this particular location in Stratford is that the main dining area and restroom were both very clean, but even more impressive is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. WHEN YOU PAY, AND ITS WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT, IF IT BEEPS AS THOUGH YOU'VE PAID AND THEY TELL YOU IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH ON THEIR END, AND GO TO MAKE YOU PAY AGAIN...MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. MY PAYMENT WENT THOUGH, SO I QUICK CHECKED THE ACCOUNT AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT DIDN'T, IT HAD IN FACT WENT OUT. THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME ITS HAPPENED LOTS BEFORE AND THAT IT WILL COME BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT (WHEN THE BANK WHERE ITS AT WILL REALIZE IT NEVER WENT TO HARVEYS???...

The staff are incredible and go out of thier way to be helpful and curtious on many different ocasions . Also got caught in rain and was soaking wet and they were more than helpful and will go back again anytime . FOOD IS GREAT AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB to make sure the order is right to the way you like it .These employees are killing it!
