This location always has very slow service, poor customer service, and always out of chicken no matter what time of day. Staff needs to be trained better on the customer service skills.

The service was terrible. I was there shortly after 6 pm on a Saturday and there wasn’t anyone at the counter. The guy that did come up to take orders seemed to be doing the job of two others. I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my food, and by the time it was ready it was barely warm. There were several other people in the store waiting for their orders or waiting to make an order, at least 4 people walked out. Another lady complained that she had been waiting at least half an hour and another couple had put in a mobile order and had been waiting 45 minutes by the time I left.
The food is average, exactly what you would expect for lukewarm fast food.

Love the $12 buckets for two - amazing price for what you get. Massively sad part is the timing it takes to get your food. Even ordering online, still takes anywhere from 30 to an hour for your food to be ready. They typically don't start making your order until you arrive at the restaurant and advise you are there. Will be a long time til I order from here again sadly...

I can't really talk about my food, because I just sat in a drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me for 15 minutes waiting just to get to the order box. I can't stress this enough - one car at the window, one at the order box, and me. And absolutely NO movement or addressing the person in front of me for 15 minutes, at which point I put it in reverse. It's 7:30 on a Saturday. Hold it together guys, it was three cars

I was really disappointed to see that KFC has really gone downhill with regard to the taste and size of their chicken. I bought 6 pieces of dark meat and paid over $22.00 - each piece was mostly crispy skin. There wasn't much meat on each piece. I couldn't find much meat anywhere on the six pieces. What kind of chickens are they buying now....baby chicks? The body pieces were so small in size! That explains why when I ask for dark meat, I'm always given pieces of white meat in my order because they can't tell the difference due to the pieces being so small and cooked with so much batter to make them appear bigger, plus the shape of the pieces of meat are hard for the workers to distinguish between white and dark. It's not just this KFC... each city I travel to has the same problem. I always have to show them that it's not just dark meat in my box, but some pieces of white meat. On top of that, all I could taste was SALT! I could hardly taste the Original Recipe flavour that makes it famous. Colonel Sanders would be furious if he could see and taste his chicken today. He'd say, "Where's the meat?"
