I recently visited this KFC location and had a fantastic experience! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was well-organized. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service from Mohamed.he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure our order was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and kind. Mohamed truly made our visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back—great job kfc.

Frustratingly understaffed, little to no service and a strong language barrier. You will wait a long time, items may be wrong or missing and the staff will not be helpful.

This location always has very slow service, poor customer service, and always out of chicken no matter what time of day. Staff needs to be trained better on the customer service skills.
The staff are always freindly. The bucket chicken are the best chicken i have in kfc from anywhere else.

The service was terrible. I was there shortly after 6 pm on a Saturday and there wasn’t anyone at the counter. The guy that did come up to take orders seemed to be doing the job of two others. I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my food, and by the time it was ready it was barely warm. There were several other people in the store waiting for their orders or waiting to make an order, at least 4 people walked out. Another lady complained that she had been waiting at least half an hour and another couple had put in a mobile order and had been waiting 45 minutes by the time I left.
The food is average, exactly what you would expect for lukewarm fast food.

Love the $12 buckets for two - amazing price for what you get. Massively sad part is the timing it takes to get your food. Even ordering online, still takes anywhere from 30 to an hour for your food to be ready. They typically don't start making your order until you arrive at the restaurant and advise you are there. Will be a long time til I order from here again sadly...
