With Little Caesars, you're not getting an artisan-made pizza. However, I had to wait for a hot and ready b/c the guy just before me bought the lot. When I pizza was ready, the manager ran them and my crazy bread out to my car for me because it was windy and rainy. I really appreciated that and it turn my day around. Thanks for knocking the customer experience out of the park that day, Little Caesars.

This is the second time I have ordered from this Little Caesars since I moved to Stratford. It wasn’t good the first time, but I figured it was maybe a one-off so tried again. Unfortunately the quality of food the second time was even worse!
I ordered the cheese crazy puffs and they were overcooked, deflated and covered in a disgusting fake cheese powder - this has never been on them in the past/at any other location I have ordered them from.
One bite & done, I had to throw them out - they were totally inedible.
I won’t be back unfortunately. I don’t understand how the food can change so drastically from one Little Caesars to another.

We ordered the new chicago pizza and were able to get the cinnamon sticks/bites free for ordering the pizza.The cinnamon bites seemed like they were sitting all day.They were very tough.If I had known that I would have returned them before going home.Just because they were free doesn’t mean you should pawn them off on your customers because you were too lazy to make fresh ones.
