It's usually good but the last time we were here, I ordered something via the app and asked for table service. They brought only part of the order to the table and I had to go up to the counter to ask for the other half. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. If you can't do table service properly, don't offer it at all.

On 26th May, 10:22pm I visited the restaurant, I had ordered through the app and when I reached there it was closed for maintenance. I used 2000pts and already made the payment. Even after reaching out they didn’t refund my points or money. Worst experience.

On 5/30/2025 at 12AM me and my friends went to McD at ontario street,stratford. We were making drive through order. Unfortunately we were not able to complete the order due the rude behaviour from the lady who took the order. People visit store late night because they value the brand and facing such kind of behaviour from staff is not acceptable and not a professional way to deal with a customer. I hope the management will look into the matter and try to maintain a good customer experience.

Had the sweetest lady take out order. So glad there open at 12 these days. Services was a 10 and I hope the drive thru lady working at 12 on may 24, 2025 gets a raises. Keep up the good work guys!

I've been here many, many times because I used to work in the plaza next door. I've ordered many coffees and I'd say at least 60% of the time they were made wrong, and at least 25% of the time they just didn't add any sugar.
But the worst thing I've experienced happened just 2 days ago. My fiancée ordered a McFlurry, and after about 15 minutes, she still hadn't been called to the counter. She went up to see what was taking so long, and they made her one a few minutes later and we left.
In the car, we both tried the Mcflurry, and so did a friend of mine. All of our mouths went numb when we tried a bite, and it didn't taste quite right.
After doing some research, it seems to us that there was CLEANING FLUID in the ice cream. I found multiple articles of people having similar symptoms with numbness and the cause being cleaning fluid.
Don't go here if you want your order to be correct, and if you value your health.

System resets take 4 hours but will keep telling you 15 minutes and are usually closed by midnight Monday to Friday not 24 hours and have been this way for the last year

Prices go waaaaaay up and quality goes waaaaay down. $16 for a quarter pounder meal!!!??? Take your corporate 500% price increases and shove it. Not that it makes any difference to them, but they won't see me again. Support local (or at least smaller) and show these trillionaires that the working class won't stand for this crap anymore.
