Clean, efficient and polite staff. Order correct. What else could one require on fast food chain?
I had to give this store 1 star as there was no other option to give them 0 I waited in the drive thru to give my order for 5-7 mins but no cashier took my order as I believe they want to close the store early as they had something more important to do other than their jobs. I also work in a fast food restaurant and I take the customer’s order at the last moment. Please change the timings of the store as the employees do not want to take the order from 11:05 pm.

The last time I went to this location the manager was racist towards her employee right behind the counter. The food was dry and cold, which seems to be a trend at both restaurants in Stratford. I tried contacting McDonald's through their webpage and they replied to my email stating they would follow up with that location and get back to me. They have not to this date (and this was weeks ago). I won't be back. I don't think I'll go to any McDonald's again actually.

Absolutely disappointed by my food and even more by the response I received when I tried to explain my disappointed ? paid $15 for basically a smoothie and hash brown which was cold as well .
