One of the dirtiest and most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been too. We stopped in at approx 11:10pm on a Thurs night for a quick bite on our way out of town after seeing a play and were disgusted by the state of the dining room. Every single table was filthy leaving nowhere to sit and the bathrooms were downright appalling. In particular the smell in the woman's bathroom was so atrocious my eyes watered and it made me gag. Upon quick inspection one of the two stalls had a clogged toilet while the other stall had what appeared to be phlegm smeared on the wall. Ever seen the movie Trainspotting? This McD's bathroom was a half step better and that's only a very small exaggeration. We had already ordered and received the food (which we were forced to carry out) but it left us wondering, if the state of the dining room and bathrooms were that disgusting what might be happening out of sight in the kitchen while they make and handle the food?? Needless to say we will never, EVER step back inside or go through the drive-thru ever again.

I absolutely love how the Mitchell McDonald's makes sure they ask for my code, then proceed to call me by my name. The speed and accuracy of my order, makes me want to continue to grab my breakfast from there. Thanks for being so friendly!!

The order was wrong and was slightly more than the identical order purchased a day earlier from a different location. I was going to bring it up at the pay window but quickly decided life is too short for that whole ordeal and just let that go. Then the burger had onions which I discovered by getting the smell of them when I was already past the point of no return for returning to work on time. McDonald's is never good, like really good, but is quite consistent so when I spend my money there I am counting on the process producing a satisfactory result, that was not my experience today.
