Delivery driver is a moron. Drove up the wrong driveway twice. Eventually I took pity on him and walked over to grab my stuff. I only tipped because I felt sorry for him wandering around so helplessly.

We ordered a "medium pizza with 5 items" using the "Stratford and area Passport to savings 2023" to receive the "second one free on the menu price."The total came to $29.65. I questioned the person and he assured me I was getting the second pizza free- The receipt only shows the amount, it does not give any other details.When I got home I checked online. The "menu price" shows a medium pizza is $11.19 and the items are $1.75 each. The pizza should have been $19.94 and after HST, $22.53 . We were overcharged $7.12.I then phoned them and asked the price of a medium pizza with five items and was quoted $17 and change. I then asked why the price of my order was $29.65. The manager said the $17 and change was the special price. You do not get the special price when using the "passport to savings coupon." That I understood and makes sense.Once again If I was charged the "menu price," the total should have been $22.53.......not $29.65. The manager did not attempt to remedy the matter so I informed him we will not be coming back.Note- when you order double pineapple, you expect more than a few sprinkles. That's why you ordered double. DisappointingI also am not seeing any responses from the manager to any of the previous complaints which shows a complete lack of concern.

The service and speed was good but it was one of the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. (Philly steak pizza)I threw away half of it. It was smelling awful, it was really greasy and the quality of the products was awful.
