Gyoza was very nice. Ramen had nice broth and a mix of egg and veggies. But quality of noodles was not the best, it had the instant ramen aftertaste. Sushi rolls are overpriced for what they are.

Stoped here after going to watch a play in Stratty and got super hungry after I was prowling downtown. I was only really looking for a quick bite and I’m not normally a sushi person but it was really good, I’m gonna have to give sushi a chance more often now. The cozy atmosphere was nice too.

A family run gem in the city. Keep in mind busy meal time hours if you’re in a rush. If you know when to go or when to order take out, you’ll never be disappointed. They get busy for a reason! Sooo yummy!

Just drove 20 min to stratford, arriving well before closing. Iwas interested in placing an order for take out but was refused. Initially I when I walked in I was asked if I was picking up, (which I would have been if they had actually answered their phone when I tried to call multuple times). I said no but I would like to place an order and I was refused. Even though it was more than a half hour before closing, there was actually a table that was seated and dining in and they obviously had other customers picking up food I was told I.couldnt order..... Whaaa??? Seriously not happy that I wasted my time on this place. Do not think I will be returning any time soon. In the future think about answering your phone with an explanation or post online that you are refusing orders/closed/whatever and maybe leave a reason why so people don't waste their time.

We were not expecting Nobu quality sushi at Pearl. But we thought we would get at least supermarket quality. We were very disappointed. Overcooked rice, hard and bitter avocado, minuscule seafood content, and drowning in sauce. The family run service was friendly and efficient.

We come here as often as we can from out of town. I love supporting this hard working family and their business. Their food is absolutely amazing. We typically order a variety of sushi rolls. We also do take out. They always do their best to accommodate our last minute take out, even when they are busy. It's nice to sit for a beer while you wait for your take out too. We always get excited when we can get out to enjoy their food, very much looking forward to trying even more on the menu, thank you.
