I ordered the bread sticks which, in the picture in Uber Eats looked yummy and cheesy. What I got was a plain pizza dough that had no garlic, butter or cheese. Awful. Went straight to the garbage. What a waste of time and money.

I recently had the pleasure of trying their new Neapolitan Margherita Pizza, and it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had! While it’s not your traditional Italian Neapolitan, the flavours are phenomenal. The whole tomato slice and the red onion accent on top elevate the taste to a whole new level. Pinos is also a fantastic spot to enjoy a Stella pint and a slice,
A big shout-out to Megan, Maitri, Ajay, Rahul, Logan, Eddie, and the entire Pinos staff for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

When we are in Stratford visiting my mother we always order a Pino’s pizza. It is the best in town.

I purchased two slices of pizza, which were fresh from the oven. The lady at the counter changed my slice for a rock-hard cold slice. When I confronted her, she said it was barely 20 mins old. The fact that she lied to me and made it seem like no big deal was the issue and the attitude. I won't be back..

The majority of our meal was ok. The Caesar salad was all from prepacked foods and thrown together.
The suicide wings weren't even considered mild which was incredibly disappointing. The pizzas, pastas, and panzerotti was good, but not spectacular for the price. $10 for a small bagged salad is an embarrassment.
The service was absolutely dreadful. The girl couldn't even be bothered to crack a smile at us or be enthusiastic about having us there. It almost seemed as if we were interrupting her day. She offered no waters or any refills. My eldery mother in law was having difficulty with the debit machine and she offered no help. Just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do (MIL has a password that is a word instead of number combination) so my husband took out his phone to show her so she was able to type it in. Honestly I wanted to get up and yell at her for the way she talked to my MIL.
On top of all that, the booth seat we sat in (near the bathroom) cut me!!! There is a sharp metal piece that sticks out. It caught my dress and scratched my leg. I would've told the server, but all she would've done is shrug and say oh well, given how she was through our entire meal. This isn't the first time I've eaten here, but sure as heck will be my last.

Enjoyed our meal. Cheese sticks, wings and pizza were all excellent. The servicer was attentive, cheerful and polite. The kids decorated the takeout box on the way home, LOL.
