Terrible food at rip off prices, won ton soup tasted like dishwater. Mei Shanghai is better and cheaper.

Got 2 item combo with lemon chicken and spicy chicken. Extremely oily, the noodles had old hard ones mixed in with fresh ones, and both battered items were lacking protein and were mostly oily batter. Sad for the price point of $18 bucks.

Incredible food! Always a beautiful, appealing display with great choices. Extremely generous portions and very friendly, patient staff. Always look forward to visiting Stratford so we can call into Royal Wok. Great food, great service, well worth a visit highly recommended.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is lots of space to sit as it's a food court with some open spaces to put a wheelchair.

Definitely not worth it for chicken ball lovers, it's been a long time since their chicken balls have been cooked right. Very doughy and stale tasting, and the rest of the food doesn't make up for this

Absolutely horrendous. The owner's response to this shows his dedication to serving people. This is not Asian I just got some lo mein and BBQ chicken and noodles are super dry , chicken tastes like chicken masala not BBQ chicken and it's super boney.. knuckles an almost every 3rd piece. Lucky I don't live around here and would never have to visit this horrible establishment ever again. Highly recommend a health and safety inspector to take a look at temperatures of the food served. Pretty sure my chicken was not up to the standards of quality food nor safe food.

Why are you guys asking for a tip? Two items is already $16 after tax and it took you 30 seconds to scoop it from the pan to take out container, why do you need to socially guilt people into tipping you for that?

The portions are huge, they aren't stingy at all. But when it comes to flavor, it isn't something crazy. Regular mall food, very little taste but filling I guess.

Wow! Great food with generous portions. It's too bad they have to follow the hours of the mall.
