I can't say enough awesome things about this location!!! I use the app to order every time, and they ALWAYS have it ready when I walk in. My order is always done right, and they taught my about ordering my drink upside down instead because I always swirled it around when I picked it up. The only complaint I have - please turn on the tip option in the app! You're the only location I can't tip when I order!

People here are great, App is majorly deficient. 1. No way to contact or provide feedback. 2. APP auto defaults To a different store in the area even though i have order from same atore every day. IF I FORGET TO EXPLICITLY CHANGE STORE, I create a waste Order by ordering to another store in the next town. Basic info management should pick this up, don't need AI. Just cost me 20 dollars for about the 5th time this year

Love how this location is in a grocery store, however the happiness of the staff is either hit or miss. I find the ones with great personalities don’t last long and the grumpy ones stay. I’m used to ordering Starbucks from a larger city where everyone is usually always happy and makes my drinks perfectly and don’t look at my drink alterations as a complete inconvenience. 8 times out of 10 my drinks are not made the way I asked them to be served/how I like them, the only reason why I continue to go is because of the location and it’s the only Starbucks in Stratford.
Made perfectly. The Yong girl working there on Sunday Aug. 4/24 afternoon did an amazing job. Love Starbucks, especially when they make them right.

Always get amazing service when I visit the girls at our local Starbucks. This visit was a cold treat for my ex/son's dad. It was very much appreciated on a hot day! Thanks again, ladies! I'll be back for my regular black tea and lemonade soon ?

The best service ever wow you ladies rock... Debit was down and had a line up. A staff member came from in the line up and went behind the counter to help . Not only was her service amazing coffee we giving out free for the inconveniences. Now that's a 1 service

Have consistently had mobile orders take minimum 20 minutes due to in person orders being prioritized. When customers are left waiting 25+ minutes AFTER the estimated pick up time on the app, the team needs to either boost their estimated wait time, or learn how to manage multiple orders (both in store and mobile) significantly more effectively.
