I have NEVER had such crappy service at this location before. The staff was ignorant and laughed when I said that I was not happy with the service. The one salad has barely anything in it and the price is absolutely outrageous. This used to be my go-to Subway in Stratford, but I won’t be back if this is what that location thinks is acceptable for customer service.

Brought my daughter here on our way home… the two girls working tonight 7:30.. were extremely rude. I asked for a 6inch blt for my daughter, but unfortunately didn’t hear me correctly.. I corrected her and she took the meat off the whole sub, slapped it in the bin and on the counter and proceeded to put the other half of the bun that touched the meat back in the bread storage…. There was a lot of cross contamination see while making the food and won’t be returning to this location due to these worries…

Today, when I visited the store, I was super excited to have my breakfast, but due to some issues with the Subway® app, I wasn’t able to place any order, but the girl working there, named KOMAL was very helpful and was very friendly. she personally tried to solve the issues I was facing with the app, but still I wasn’t able to Place any order due to technical error with App. As I have been here many times before, the service I received every time is Always better than previous one.

This place has gone downhill for a long time.
I don’t know how to explain our online order today, but I recommend anywhere but here.
Never used to have a problem ordering online here, but today we made an order, picked it up and couldn’t believe what we saw inside.
As I got my usual I’ll show my order.
This is very frustrating. We always tip which shouldn’t even be a requirement when ordering for pickup, but we do, 15%.
How is this acceptable for extra toppings???
And the wrong sauces were put on, it was not even palatable.

Save your money and order from Pita Pit or Firehouse Sub!!! This place has sadly become a scam.

Got one of your bowls... it was half full and thrown together horribly. I give out good reviews but I couldn't find anything good about this. For a chain restaurant you think you could afford to give a proper serving especially when you're charging such a high ridiculous price for it.

Yesterday I ordered two subs via the Subway app. The total - with delivery, a small order fee and a 25% tip - was $31.76. The "Order Placed" screen came up like it normally does, but then another window briefly came up saying that my order didn't go through, and then it disappeared. So naturally I checked my bank account and lo and behold, I paid Subway $31.76. So I waited for my subs on account of the possibility that the order error message was an error in itself. About 1.5 hours later no food had shown up so I called the store. In short, I was not helped. I was instructed to wait for my money to come back to my account and then I was told instead to TRY ORDERING VIA THE APP AGAIN. It should occur to anyone who works for a living that to do so would be highly counterintuitive, being that there was no effort to get me my money or my food made by the staff whose wages I'm paying, and the app had already completely failed that one job it has.

Anyway, in the parlance of the times, this all made me hangry and I don't like that. She didn't ask for screenshots of transactions or anything to verify my claims. It's lunacy, how the standards are dropping in the West.
