A cold meatball sub.. first subway I've been to that was so cheap not to heat the meatballs..

I placed an online order at this location and was genuinely impressed with the quality. The sub was made perfectly, with proper portions of veggies and sauces that really enhanced the taste. It felt like Subway at its best. However, I did notice that the store’s cleanliness wasn’t great. I understand it was snowy outside and things can get messy easily, but it still stood out a bit. Even so, the excellent preparation of the sub made up for the minor cleanliness issue. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would consider ordering from this location again.

I have NEVER had such crappy service at this location before. The staff was ignorant and laughed when I said that I was not happy with the service. The one salad has barely anything in it and the price is absolutely outrageous. This used to be my go-to Subway in Stratford, but I won’t be back if this is what that location thinks is acceptable for customer service.

Brought my daughter here on our way home… the two girls working tonight 7:30.. were extremely rude. I asked for a 6inch blt for my daughter, but unfortunately didn’t hear me correctly.. I corrected her and she took the meat off the whole sub, slapped it in the bin and on the counter and proceeded to put the other half of the bun that touched the meat back in the bread storage…. There was a lot of cross contamination see while making the food and won’t be returning to this location due to these worries…

Food was good , place was dirty.
Today, when I visited the store, I was super excited to have my breakfast, but due to some issues with the Subway® app, I wasn’t able to place any order, but the girl working there, named KOMAL was very helpful and was very friendly. she personally tried to solve the issues I was facing with the app, but still I wasn’t able to Place any order due to technical error with App. As I have been here many times before, the service I received every time is Always better than previous one.

I don’t know how to explain our online order today, but I recommend anywhere but here.
Never used to have a problem ordering online here, but today we made an order, picked it up and couldn’t believe what we saw inside.
As I got my usual I’ll show my order.
This is very frustrating. We always tip which shouldn’t even be a requirement when ordering for pickup, but we do, 15%.
How is this acceptable for extra toppings???
And the wrong sauces were put on, it was not even palatable.
Save your money and order from Pita Pit or Firehouse Sub!!! This place has sadly become a scam.
