I haven't had Swiss Chalet in at least 5years and I won't be ordering again. The only good thing was the chicken.
Forgot to add Caesar salad, rolls are tasteless ( how about some butter) and hard, small portions and overpriced... disappointed 😞

Great customer service as we called for a pick up 20 minutes before they closed and they called back to let us know the order was ready for pick up a couple minutes after closing time They stayed open for us. I recently brought a party of 12 at Swiss Chalet in Stratford, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure our large group was comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and everyone left happy and full. Highly recommend for any large gathering or family dinner!
