Have only been to two comparable stores in Silk Road in Victoria, BC and Vital Tea Leaf in San Francisco. Karen has world-class knowledge, a chill disposition and engaging expertise. Everything about this store is eye-opening, and wallet-opening too - in the best way possible. Highly recommend!

Imagine walking into a beautiful century home with teas and accessories all around! You are met with a friendly tea expert who offers to steep some tea to sample while you browse. While you shop are you being shown the different teas, accessories by Karen the ultimate tea expert. The energy of the rooms, staff, teas and accessories transports you to a setting alike The English Patient movie - with music that could have been taken directly from the Oscar winning movie. This is my first visit of many, many over years to come. Bravo to Karen and Maya who made my Tea Leaves experience unforgettable.

This is, hands down, the best loose tea I have ever had. You can feel the love this beautiful woman infused into her craft. Not only is the product simply delicious, the aroma off the steam fills my senses. Since a drive is out of the question now, I am ordering online. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery after order is swift.
