Incredibly delicious Irish stew and prime rib! My partner and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, and had such a lovely dinner. The desserts we shared were also very good, but the house specialty of Pavlova was especially delicious. Highly recommend this place! Great service, great atmosphere, great value for your food.

Service was incredible and food was excellent! Very delicious and good-sized portions. We were dining there to celebrate our anniversary which was recognized with a complimentary dessert and flowers - what a delightful surprise!

We have no complaints on food or service, but the room was cold. Our night was finished off with a gift of a rose as it was our 52 wedding anniversary. That was a nice touch. Thank you.

We ordered from the Valentines Day prix fixe menu and with no notice were served a poor substitute for what they must have run out of. Our lovely server, on seeing what we were given, was very upset and cancelled the dinner charges on our bill except for our wine, for which we tipped her generously. Very disappointing overall, and not encouraging to do a return visit.

Had the roast beef. A very good choice. The dinner was wonderful with both potatoes, gravy and Yorkshire pudding. The desert was a kind of apple upside down pudding with cherries. Very good. Even the Americano coffee was excellent. Overall I was very pleased.

Went there primarily for the Prime Rib but was sold out at 6:00. The steaks were very good and the pavlova was very very tasty but a bit on the soggy side compared to previous visits. Overall it was a great meal and great service.

A disappointing dinner. Many options on the pre fix menu were sold out and the substitutions were lack luster. Food temperature was off And all in all it generally felt like the kitchen was scrambling on the last seating of New Years Eve. A surprise and disappointment as Thanksgiving dinner was fabulous. This restaurant typically does and can do much better.

The service was excellent.The baked Brie appetizer was disappointing because it wasn't hot, and the chicken entree was lacklustre. However, the scallops and salmon were delicious.

We love The Parlour! We missed our regular server Ashley, but Cathy was lovely. Food was amazing, as always. We come for the pavlova (who doesn't love the pavlova!), it's the only dessert my partner can have at a restaurant as it's gluten free and can be served dairy free as well.

We've attended Christmas dinner the past 3 years. Everything was lovely to start. We were disappointed that our turkey dinner wasn't hot. And our server, who was lovely, was so busy that we waited almost 25 minutes after we were finished coffee & tea to get our bill. Our plan is to return as we enjoy ourselves at your restaurant, but we'll order off the menu in the hopes our meal is hot.
We waited half an hour to give order, and we were able to start eating our main courses about an hour and a half later. As a starter, we chose french onion soup, and as a main course, I had salmon and my husband had steak iron. The plates that arrived were very inadequate both visually and in terms of harmony. This couldn't be the plate I waited for an hour and a half. My salmon was overcooked and the rice was quite crunchy. I was not satisfied with my main meal at all. The price/performance plate was definitely not there. My husband's steak was well cooked. The last pavlova dessert we ate was mediocre. In general, we paid 175 CAD for two people, including a bottle of wine, but unfortunately we were not satisfied.

Service was outstanding by the few who had to work Christmas evening. Fried chicken was so overdone. Steak order wrong and steak was half right but the other half was charred and tough. Disappointed again.

I made a mistake and ordered the prime rib medium to rare. I should have sent it back, it was not roasted. It was so rare that even the steak knife would not cut it. The server did ask how our meals were and I should have asked for a better roasted piece. But didnt and left quite a bit on the plate and didnt wish to take it home. The meals of my friends looked to be as ordered. The server was Excellent. The restaurant is decked out in holiday decorations. I would certainly recommend the Parlour.

This day, it took a long time to get any attention for drinks, drinks took 15 minutes to arrive. Server was pleasant but did not check back after meals were delivered. The pavlova was gigantic and this was not mentioned at time of order. Receipt text was "full size pavlova", implies there was an option for a smaller one?? This was not offered, nor explained in menu. Felt like the bare minimum was all they could deliver this time. Overall a pleasant experience, but could have been outstanding if service team was on their game.
