We had an excellent dinner at the Parlour Inn. The food and the service were both fantastic. We are already planning our next trip back to Stratford and the Parlour Inn is in our plans. Now, to the bad part........the Raspberry Truffle Martini. Whatever you do, don't try this as you'll end up having FOU of them like we did!! LOL. One of the best mixed drinks we've ever had. We would recommend dining here to anyone.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I can't wait to return to Stratford and visit The Parlour restaurant again!

My mom is in a wheelchair and I mentioned that at the time of booking. They were so gracious in accommodating us (party of 4) at a window table where mom could sit easily. The food was great! My husband proclaimed that it was the best restaurant food he's had in a long time. He had the French onion soup and the pasta special. Our server, Faith, went above and beyond. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back !

Food was excellent although it was not piping hot. We had the Easter dinner menu - choosing chicken, salmon and roast beef (up charge of $20). Service was great.

We went to the Easter Brunch. The food was delicious and plentiful, some of the staff were pleasant. Our server was definitely not one of them. We were appalled that at $55 per person the coffee and juices were not included. And we were not told that it was extra. Now looking at the menu again coffee and juices were not listed but it never occurred to us that at such an exorbitant price we would have to dish out more for coffee. We will never return to the Parlour Inn.

Service was spotty. The extra Parmesan requested for the salad took almost 20 minutes to arrive, server admitted she forgot. The water was tap water and tasted horrible. Requested sparkling water which took at least 30 minutes to be delivered. Prime rib wasn't medium rare as promised and the gnocchi was poorly seasoned. Overall, not the best experience.

Undoubtedly the best place for Fish and Chips in Stratford, and their Pavlova is an absolute must if you have some room left for it. Good value, good food and good service.

My daughter and I stayed recently here at the Parlour Inn. We loved the ambience and the restaurant staff where amazing. The food was great as well. We enjoyed 2 nights on a wknd and the first night we were told that a hockey tournament was in town and staying here. The young hockey players10-11 year olds were on the opposite side of the building.. ok..thats fine.... unfortunately for our room we were beside the elevator and the young boys were running up and down the halls, laughing and some screaming until about 10 pm-ish. Ok they seemed to have gotten to their rooms and settled down. Although my daughter did hear some noises after which I had not. Now it gets interesting...as we settled in the second night around 830-9pm, these boys seem to up the noise and movement a bit more. More screaming and running, then a knock at our door and taking off....So I decided to call the front desk, no answer. When I looked out the door peep-hole I noticed staff talking to the boys and shooing them along. this however did not stop them, i then went out after a few minutes and shooed them along as well...now its after 10pm. The desk returned my call and assured me if I had another problem to call them back. Then another round of laughing, running and hollering....then I went to my door and peak out the hole....to my surprise I seen a young boy come up to the door across the hall and my door knock and run very fast away.....so my daughter and I decided to wait patiently outside our door to see if the boy would come back. We waited and sure enough, he came and peeked his head around the corner as if to see if anyone was there. He seen us and we asked him if it was him that knocked on our door? He ran and took off up to the guest stairs to level 3. We called front desk and there was a shift change, this is now a little after a 11pm....they said that they were going to talk to them. Here comes the carma...early that morning, my daughter went to get coffee in the lobby and low and behold that same boy with a friend were in the elevator...my daughter handled it so cool..she gave both boys a great big smile and said good morning. The boy who knocked on our door, said nothing and had no eye contact.....the other boy smiled back and said good morning with a joyful way about him...he wasnt caught from us last night. So my question and perhaps yours is...where are the parents?????? Well, in my experience we never once went to see them, this was an experience only for the boy and he perhaps may have felt ashamed in that elevator, but lets hope there was a lesson as well. Motto of this experience...ask your hotel if there are youth sports tournaments staying in your hotel same weekend. It may be the difference between an enjoyable time or not.

The restaurant (and rooms) exceeded my expectations. Both have a old world charm. You've got to try the fried wontons!

The service was polished as well as the silverware!

The atmosphere was spectacular and the service was good, but for a place that looks upscale, the food was rather bland and plain. Go for the atmosphere and bring good company, but don't look for excellent culinary vision.

Sunday lunch was superb, mainly due to Winter, our server! Winter gave us lots of attention, was proactive, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She also booked a taxi to take us (on-time) to the Festival Theatre. In my excitement, I forgot my keys on the table and Winter ran out to give them to me as I was leaving in the taxi! The haddock and chips were delicious. A perfect before-theatre lunch!

Expensive but fantastic food. The waitresses and staff were so helpful and attentive. Food came within 10 mins of ordering even when the restaurant was packed. We had both dinner and breakfast. French toast was a highlight. Everything tastes fresh and local. Reservations are highly recommended as it gets very busy after 5pm.

The food was excellent. The portions were larger than necessary but some might appreciate that. The initial service was somewhat tardy even though the restaurant was not full. But once we put in our order, all went fairly smoothly.
