I don’t advise doing take out with skip the dishes on this place. Food is ALWAYS a hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s awful. The size portions vary from time to time-sometimes receiving half of the portions that you would normally get.They don’t take the time to care about their take out deliveries as much as in the restaurant which leaves us wondering each time why we continue to order.Food is constantly missing, and when you pay as much as you do for the food-you expect it to be good and be all there when it arrives.Maybe dine in, but don’t bother ordering through skip the dishes, 97% of the time, you will be disappointed.

I'm not someone that eats a plant based diet by any means. One thing I can say is that I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything tasted. I tried nachos and the chick'un sandwich with poutine. From filthy dishes to rude staff, this place is a nightmare. After receiving the tea we ordered, the tea cups and plates were still dirty and one had a small black hair in it. Another hair was later found in my “Mac and Cheeze”. When one of the people in my group asked for a tissue to wipe their nose with, the lady acted extremely annoyed because she “cares too much about the environment”. I suspect this is also the reason why the dishes go unwashed. Caring for the environment is great, but when it comes at the cost of customer health and safety then the choice is a no brainer. The food was also mediocre at best.

This place is unbelievably cute and fun. Everything I've ever eaten here has made me so genuinely happy. Today I took my vegetarian boyfriend here on a date and Megan (I hope I spelled her name right) was our server and cook. She did an amazing job and was so sweet to us, telling is about the winter light shows. The whole experience is always wonderful. Great vegan food, great art, comfortable atmosphere. Thank you Megan, we'll be back for sure!
