The staff at this location are exceptional! The lady at the counter, Esther, greeted every customer with such genuine happiness. It's very welcoming. The dining area was clean and display was well organized. It was very busy but the food was great and served quickly. I highly recommend this location for its superior service.

Where ever I buy a Boston cream they always put them in a box. When you put in a bag it makes a huge mess of them, and ruins the donut. Not here they refused a box!! Never going there again

Stood there for 15 minutes after ordering and waiting for a toasted bagel. Watching the cashier wash pots until i asked where is my bagel. I dont understand why she couldn't make it, ...bagel was stale.
This is a message to the Management team of this location. I understand it is the real start of winter, but the conditions of this lot are horrible, not to mention the state of your handicapped parking. I suggested that maybe an employee should be shovelling the handicapped area, and the reaction of the employee was that snow shovelling was foreign to them. With the prices at Tim Hortons, the customer safety standards are underwhelming at best. DO BETTER. Photos attached don't do justice
