Always quick with service. I visit everyday and only issue i get is, they put little to no sauce in the wraps(not every time but sometimes). Good service overall 👍

Just horrible service staff is rude and just not polite this seems to be a new problem as it was not like this 5 or 6 years ago, and ever since covid you closed the inside at 10pm but then continue to serve food making the wait times in the drive through absolutely ridiculous. If your not gonna let people go in the store after 10pm then there should be no food served except muffins or bagels to keep the drive through moving.

Tim Hortons Stratford hwy #7 Unfortunately, first time in 20 years have been served old, disgusting coffee twice in one day!! They either need to train employees to dump old coffee and don't pour new on top or, have a Manager oversee freshness, Taste your coffee before driving away!! For $2.17 it should be fresh!!

******Worst Experience****** It was one of the worst experience.Lady on drive thru was rude. May be she is having tough time at work but they served coffee which was cold and not hot enough. We do understand that you guys make coffee in advance to serve in drive through but customer deserves product worth their paid value. I was not in hurry at all. FYI, I bought coffee on Oct1st-24 around 10.30am.

From the last two days am buying breakfast wrap from this store, both the days am getting expired hash browns in it. I strongly suggest the baker and soup and sandwich persons should keep an eye at what time it will expire once its baked. Am also working in Tim hortons from last 2 years as a baker and in soups and sandwiches so i can easily identify its the expired hash browns or not.

I was in Stratford for a business trip from Toronto and went to this Tim Hortons early in the morning to get a coffee and a pastry. I politely greeted the cashier and placed my order, but she didn't greet me back. Another person handed me my pastry, and when I said thank you, he didn't respond either. These people need to learn some basic etiquette and politeness. Now I understand why Canadians sometimes criticize us Punjabis for these things. We need to have manners and greet people like Canadians do, or else we risk ruining it for other Indians as well. And please have some diversity in your employees.

I usually go through the drive thru and the service is very good and very fast. Whenever I go inside due to long drive thru line the employees seem so slow and not really interested in serving customers. No smiles, no greeting, just very slow.
