We stopped at this location yesterday for a coffee, a sandwich and to use the restrooms. The restrooms were extremely filthy and had not been attended to in a long time. I’ve always thought that Tim Hortons had a higher standard for cleanliness. But this one is so below the standards.
I'm always delighted when I roll through the Erie Street Tim Hortons and hear Stewart's voice asking for my order. He is always positive, prompt, and easy to understand. Thanks Stewart, for making a corner of the world a better place.
The iced coffee here is usually better than most and the food isn’t too expensive, I wish the food experience was more consistent!! Sometimes I go and get a really good iced coffee, and sometimes it’s so bad I have to throw it out. Bagels here aren’t bad, but in general the food should be more consistently good.
