I have never been treated so horrible from someone before. They messed up our order we asked them to fix it and the woman in the drive through was so disrespectful with her tone and rolled her eyes. They still didn't fix our coffee and decided to argue. I can't even believe someone talking to another person that way. I'm really just shocked that when you ask for your full order or what you actually paid for people think it's okay to talk to you that way!

Great experiences here, the food and drink is always as you’d expect from Tim Hortons. Their main struggle is their location from a drive through perspective, there just isn’t enough space back there! I dropped a star because I really dislike Halloween, and their display is always very large and (in my opinion) over the top!Parking: Great space to park out front.Kid-friendliness: Always have great options for the kids

Made mobile order the manager said they didn’t get it so showed the receipt and still the manager says it’s not in their system. And refused to give me my order so basically the Stratford Ontario Huron street store just stole my money!!! They are thieves will never recommend or go there again I will always tell ppl they are thieves as I’m now without my money or order!!!

Me and my coworkers are as regular as regulars can be. Very nice staff, we love them but unfortunately the food is terrible. Just today my coworkers hot chocolate ended up being just water, and my throat still burns from having to "eject" my lunch that had something off in it. I'd love to see our faith in this place turn around but we only really feel comfortable buying from here if it's only coffee. :(

Manager on Duty keeps putting a learner on the cash register during the busiest of times. It's like the manager is trying to get the new hires to quit. Very hard on the employees of a darker skin tone. Just saying.
