This Tim Hortons is the most disgusting Tim Hortons I’ve ever been in. Dirty needles laying all over the place all over the tables where you eat. The staff does nothing when people are actively Using well inside their store. Would avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs

This fast paced restaurant has a great atmosphere and a bit different layout, that makes it interesting.
Very clean and efficient with orders despite the lineups!
Hockey cards are a great addition to the season! Maybe the jump from a dollar with a beverage to a dollar fifty is a bit too much. Teens are keeping busy by exchanges, everyone wants to be able to get a few packs, right ?
Vegetarian options: They have plenty non- meat options available.
Kid-friendliness: Many cups of very hot liquids are exchanged, so it is always a good idea to keep the little ones in mind when in the lineup or receiving the drinks.

I thought that after informing this location as to how dirty it is, there may have been some action. No such luck. Tables are still sticky, floors are dirty (first thing in the morning) and washrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in days. This is a very nice building and updated location, however cleanliness seems to be of low priority. Is the kitchen area the same?

At this location at Ontario St., Stratford, service is always second to none when Frank is at the front! He is personable, customer service oriented and knowledgeable of all products. He makes you smile and puts a positive spin on my day! Albeit a smaller Tim's than what I'm accustomed to, I always enjoy connecting with the elderly patrons and having a wee chat! Brightens my day! I frequently see/hear the prep staff and drive thru service staff laughing and smiling! It's uplifting to be served at this Tim's location! Food always at the desirable temp and service is proficient!

I had a bad experience at the drive-thru on October 19 at 7:30 am. The cashier, an older lady, was rude and didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived. When we asked her to scan our Tim Hortons points card, she got angry and displayed a poor attitude. It made for an unpleasant visit.

Tim Hortons has really fallen off in speed. But even with all the bad Tim’s out there this is one of the slowest. 12 people in line 1 cashier. People have places to be I don’t understand how Tim’s can’t value people’s time.
