At this location at Ontario St., Stratford, service is always second to none when Frank is at the front! He is personable, customer service oriented and knowledgeable of all products. He makes you smile and puts a positive spin on my day! Albeit a smaller Tim's than what I'm accustomed to, I always enjoy connecting with the elderly patrons and having a wee chat! Brightens my day! I frequently see/hear the prep staff and drive thru service staff laughing and smiling!...

Tony is absolutely fabulous, one of the reasons we go-to that location he makes us feel welcome no matter how busy the place is he takes time to make the customers happy
