Unfortunately, my chicken shawarma meat was very dry. It wasn't busy when I was in, and it looked dry from afar, but I gave it a shot. Looking at the sides, I could see the lettuce looked on its last legs. The rest of the meal was right down the middle.
Service was friendly and excellent.
Overall, the cleanliness was okay. The door leading to the kitchen needs a good scrubbing or fresh paint...it made me concerned about what the back looked like.
I know this review comes off as quite negative, but I really want Tuque to be amazing and draw in lots of customers!
Unfortunately, I probably wouldn't return.

By far the best food I've had in a long time. So much care is put into the process and I can tell. The owner is incredibly kind and the best at what he does.
The prices are also incredibly fair for the level of food you get. Compared to Osmow's the food costs less but tastes 100X better.
Will keep coming back here and is my go to place for an incredible international eating experience!

Finally a doner shawarma that’s full of flavour and incredibly fresh! Wow. The bread is so fresh and so much better than other places; I highly recommend trying this place. I also loved the pomegranate molasses sauce, very unique. Mohammed who served us was lovely and quite funny. Great, clean atmosphere.

Visited from the gta for softball yesterday and had to crush a shawarma craving. Noticed this spot amongst the franchises found I was familiar with and decided to stop in. Chicken shawarma plate was great. Guy behind the counter an absolute gem. Will stop in anytime I’m in Stratford.
