We ordered through drive through and the guy couldn't wait to finish our order. Kept saying is that all, is that all and sounded so frustrated. Our order took about 12 minutes, I double checked before we left and of course the chicken burger was totally wrong. Have a cheese allergy and specifically said that and it still had cheese on it. Went inside to get the issue fixed, the manager was too busy speaking and laughing with his other two workers in their language to even acknowledge I was there. A sweet lady ended up coming to the counter even though she was running around doing everything, she ended up fixing the problem and was sweet about it. Not once did the manager ask what was wrong or why she was fixing it, and he was the one to take my order! Will definitely never be back to this location, worst experience I've ever had.

Not the first or second time this is happen so I feel justified posting a review. Order my families meal through drive through and they tell me everything is in the bag get all the way home and they didn’t put my daughters kids meal in it. I can understand missing A fry or something small but a kids entire meal is so annoying as you know kids won’t be patient enough to drive all the way back. I lost all trust in them and as a company you should be worried about trust and customer loyalty.

I guess they left my wrapped sandwich on a stove or something because when I received and grabbed it my hand and shorts were stained red and the wrapper at the bottom was only sliver. The entire design melted onto me. Disappointed and shocked

I've been here twice in the last few months. Both times the bathrooms and dining room were filthy. Every single table had spills, or crumbs, sticky gross floors. Staff is friendly but seem undertrained, with one staff member on break in the dirty dining room with their feet up on another seat. This wouldn't bother me if the dining room were clean, but I can't see anyone wiping anything down let alone that seat.

This used to be a great Wendy's location. Now, it is a miracle if they can give you the correct order. In the last 6 times we have ordered, 5 of the times something has been missing or incorrect. Do not recommend this Wendy's anymore.

The fries were alright. Unfortunately I can't eat most things here, due to being vegetarian. But, something that kind of struck me was that when I was waiting and ordering up at the front, the staff work environment seemed quite unpleasant. Like, one of the staff members was yelling at the other, right at the front near the counter. Also, not as important, but I had a negative experience when ordering my food (from the staff member taking my order.) I might simply be too sensitive, but due to the points mentioned in this review, I don't plan to return for now. In summary, food is alright, restaurant is pretty clear, but the environment with the staff seemed not so great.
Vegetarian options: They do not have any veggie burgers here, which was a little disappointing.
Food was good but burger was on warm at best. French fries were only 2/3 full.

I have had repeat issues using the Wendy's app to claim offers and rewards. Other locations have been proactive about addressing the issue prior to payment. This specific location, on two occasions now, has tried to hide the issue and overcharge me. Buyer beware.
