Cashier that took our order was rude. And when I brought my burger(I ordered chicken) back up she told me that she heard a different meal number than what I said and it was my fault.

I hate it when a place like Wendy's do not follow quality control. . I ordered chicken strips and they were old. If the chicken strips are old throw them in the garbage dont feed them to people. .They were disgusting to say the least. I will never go back there anymore.

Does no one answer these reviews, does nothing get fixed. The pack of customers service is huge. Like your put out you have a job.
Food is miserable. Fries seem that they were cooked twice and hard and crunchy. The place seems dirty, and unkempt. No one to help. Who is the owner. Why are you not addressing these issues. The night staff don't care or even try. Their appearance is like they work in ditches, un clean and ignoring the customers. 15 mins in drive thru for cold fries. Wow

You can't beat a baconator
I don't know what was going on with yall tonight. I had the 6 piece nuggs, and was looking forward to my dill pickle dip as I haven't seen it anywhere else, but it was no where to be found, luckily though I did order a extra cheese sauce for my baconator fries.
Now let's speak about those fries, the baconator burger is loaded with bacon, so one would think that the fries would have had more than one strip of bacon torn into four pieces. The store wasn't even busy.
When you pay north of $60, certain expectations should be met. Like making sure everything is in the bags. And making people not feel like they've been ripped off.
Unless i forget about this review I doubt i will be back.

Normally a good experience coming here for lunch.
But I have to critique the manager (?) with long unkempt hair, no hat or hairnet, wandering around the kitchen, working the stations etc, all while on the phone for over ten minutes!
Bro, put on a hat or something. I don't want your hair in my food. And if the phone call is that important, take it somewhere other than the kitchen!

If you're expecting fast food don't come here. Order before hand for pickup since I only get 30 minute lunch. I arrived 2 minutes after the stated pickup time and they still didn't have it ready. I had to wait 10 more minutes just to get my order which left me with almost no time to eat it. Do not come here if you're in a rush

We ordered through drive through and the guy couldn't wait to finish our order. Kept saying is that all, is that all and sounded so frustrated. Our order took about 12 minutes, I double checked before we left and of course the chicken burger was totally wrong. Have a cheese allergy and specifically said that and it still had cheese on it. Went inside to get the issue fixed, the manager was too busy speaking and laughing with his other two workers in their language to even acknowledge I was there. A sweet lady ended up coming to the counter even though she was running around doing everything, she ended up fixing the problem and was sweet about it. Not once did the manager ask what was wrong or why she was fixing it, and he was the one to take my order! Will definitely never be back to this location, worst experience I've ever had.
Its like many other Wendy's that you've been to
Not the first or second time this is happen so I feel justified posting a review. Order my families meal through drive through and they tell me everything is in the bag get all the way home and they didn’t put my daughters kids meal in it. I can understand missing A fry or something small but a kids entire meal is so annoying as you know kids won’t be patient enough to drive all the way back. I lost all trust in them and as a company you should be worried about trust and customer loyalty.
I guess they left my wrapped sandwich on a stove or something because when I received and grabbed it my hand and shorts were stained red and the wrapper at the bottom was only sliver. The entire design melted onto me.
