This is one of the best Starbucks in Ontario. The interior is bit small, but it is a perfect size for the town. The staff is super friendly and manager is excellent. They do an excellent job when it come to making drinks and the whole Starbucks experience. The location is excellent, and it is a very busy location. This is a great spot to hang out and just relax or work. Love coming here for the drinks and awesome staff.

I’m not sure how inventory works at Starbucks; are they sent set allotments by their corporate or is a Manager responsible for placing orders? If it’s a Manager, they’re horrible at forecasting. Every weekend, they are out of fall Apple products or pumpkin spice products or most of the time it’s both. For the last 3 weekends I’ve wanted to take my kids for Apple Oat drinks and all 3 times they’ve been sold out. We don’t have time throughout the week and this is supposed to be a treat for them. If it had been one time, I’d understand, but we’ve tried to go all 6 weeks of the fall menu and have succeeded once on week 3. If the inventory is allocated by corporate or a computer or a Manager, surely one of the above should have realized that the forecasting for this location is awful by now, right?Edit (10/08/2023): sold out again. So that makes 4 weekends in a row.Edit (10/14/2023): sold out again. So that makes 5 weekends in a row.Edit (10/22/2023): sold out again. So that makes 6 weekends in a row. I took a star away each edit and we are now at 1/5.

I am not a Starbucks regular, but I really enjoy the fall drink menu. I can literally see this location from my back porch, yet I have to go to London if I want to enjoy any of the fall menu items, because this location is *always* sold out of them.
I have a very annoying order with specifications and they ALWAYS get it right when other locations ignore the specifics. Chad and Meg are especially lovely!

This location, the staff and the Manager, are the best! We live 40 mins from here, and started coming here 2 years ago when we lived down the road. We had never been to a Starbucks before this location and now we see the outstanding quality they provide here compared with the many other locations in London and surrounding area. Even staff from other stores have shared that they too love the Strathroy location , it’s definitely on the list of best locations to visit. We have never had a bad thing to say about the staff. They work so hard at making sure you are comfortable, happy with your order and never leaving the store disappointed. I’ve had them tell Me to make sure the drink tastes right, or we will fix it no problem. We are picky about our drinks, so that tells you right there that if we as customers with very specific orders are greeted and treated with kindness and respect everytime, despite us being slllliiightly difficult, the staff are very patient and understanding. They are never slow, they are constantly moving and making sure orders are filled promptly and efficiently even when it’s crazy busy. They really do work hard and it shows.The staff are never rude to anyone and they do not make you feel bad for saying anything if something isn’t right with your order(which is rare) they want you to have the best experience possible. Also the fact that they have taken the time to remember our orders is amazing. We love coming in everyday and the Strathroy community love this place too. It is a very inclusive and welcoming space. I wouldn’t make this apart of my daily routine if it wasn’t worth the time , but it really is a great experience every time. Thank you to the staff and Kim for making our visits so enjoyable. Our family adores you all

Not a "good" Starbucks to study or to have a serious talk with anyone. The music is always on and distracting. There are better locations in Strathroy to study in.

We were greeted with the most unfriendly girl in drive thru today (Monday May 22 at 11:35). Didn’t get her name but she was tall and had light brown hair.She was obviously really upset that we ordered 4 drinks on mobile (sorry for spending $30 I guess?) We pulled into drive thru a couple minutes after placing the order and when we got to the window she said “you’re going to have to pull out and come in because we are really busy”. There was literally nobody else in their drive thru. I said no we don’t want to get out so she told us to go park but she was so rude. I honestly think she was the supervisor on duty.If I had not ordered on mobile and ordered at the speaker would it have been different?I’m so turned off by this location.
