Its a split location with Harvey's but is also a sit down restaurant. You order like a fast food restaurant but they bring your food on real dishes like sit down service. My toddler was free to walk around safely and explore a little while we ate. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was amazing. I always bring mt grandma to Swiss for lunch and this location is her favorite.

Went there today after spending the day in the ER with our toddler who had a broken ankle. The staff were so sweet and generous when they heard about our situation. Thank you for turning our day around 😊

Stopped in here for dinner recently, and was very impressed!
At first it was a little wierd ordering Swiss chalet in a fast food format at the counter, but they brought it to our table pretty quickly after ordering. The best part is you can order both Swiss chalet and Harvey's at the same time, so of course I got the chicken with the Pickle poutine :)
Service was outstanding, everyone was so helpful and the staff were super happy, really was a good experience.
