I’ve eaten from this branch many times, and honestly, the taste here is really excellent. The chicken is always fresh, hot, and properly made, and the staff do their job very well.
But I ordered from another branch 3 or 4 times, and every time the experience was bad. The taste was not good, the quality was poor, and honestly, it felt like complete garbage.

I wish I could come more often but as great as the chicken is, operationally this location is always a disaster. There is never any chicken ready, even at peak times, which means you will need to wait at least 15-20 mins while they cook it and they are always out of something. Today it was white meat, and no offer of a discount or compensation. I’d love to come in more often, but I know every time it will try my patience.
