My server was Mark A. He was the worst server I have had in a while. It seemed that my order of Ice water was unacceptable for his time. He never once came back to see how things were and only arrived at the end to offer me a box. Service was so horrendous I never tipped,which I never do.

We visited Boston Pizza just an hour ago and ordered a large vegetarian pizza. It was served hot and looked fresh, but when my friend took the second slice, we found a piece of chicken underneath. It seemed like the tray wasn’t cleaned properly and the veg pizza was placed over a non-veg one.
We were very upset because we only eat vegetarian. The staff apologized and gave us a new pizza, but the second one had an undercooked base.
Giving 2 stars only because the order-taker was very polite and respectful. But overall, not a good experience. Hope they improve food handling and quality.
