I'm not one to leave bad reviews but the service on my mom's birthday was beyond horrible! The ladies at the front were exceptional, very friendly and nice! The bad service started when we finally got our table, there was about 6 of us, we sat there for 15 mins or more before anyone acknowledged us! Our waitress finally came over, her response was " I couldn't see you guys from over there" We then placed our order, drinks, apps, food, we then sat there a long time before food came out! Waiting that long for our main would have been OK, if we had received our apps, but instead they waited to serve the apps with our main dish!. I ended up having to wait a bit longer to eat, as our waitress didn't bring enough utensils and was nowhere to be seen to ask for another!. Mom ordered a pasta dish, but they ran out of the pasta for that dish and instead of letting us know, they brought it out with a substitute pasta and let her know then, would have been nice to know before hand, so she could change her option or ask for another pasta to be added, not to mention a dish that should have heat and flavor was very bland, no flavor and she's couldn't eat it, nor did she take it home, was a waste! Our meals were done when our waitress came back around, she asked if anyone wanted more to drink, I said yes and she then proceed to say so no more drinks and I repeated that I'd like another and she acknowledged, after a while and seeing her walk around a few times, I realized I was not getting another drink!.
More time went by as we were all sitting there, trying to get her attention so I could get another drink and others could order dessert, when she finally came back around, I just mentioned i didn't get my drink yet, and her response was " oh of course you didn't" We didn't bring up the service with her, we are all non-conflict people, but each of us talked amongst ourselves, what should have been a good night out for my mom's birthday, turned into a not so good night and one of the ladies first time there, wasn't a good experience!
We definitely won't be going back!

I really like this place. Always a great time with great food at good prices. I would consider myself a regular and really like the attitude of the manager Big Al. She is very friendly and always get my food fast when i do take out. Have delt with her once as well when i dined in and still just a kind soul. Honestly think she deserves a raise for how good she does her job. Place seems well kept and the mans bathroom is clean. Definitely will see me again (As usual). Also, plenty of parking.

Ordered the ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and never had such horrible ribs. They looked and tasted like they were boiled and had no sign of honey garlic sauce. Sent it back and second attempt was just as bad. They said the ribs were pre packaged and were not set up to cook them properly. Boston pizza has gone downhill big time !!! If you can't cook them properly then take them off the menu. Will never go back and neither should you if you want good food for the price you have to pay.

Food is typically good, the gluten free pizza crust is one of the best I have ever had!!! Today I had the tropical Hawaiian and it did not disappoint!!
Service was good, I would have given a five star on food and service but my son's pepperoni pizza had a couple large onion slices baked into the bottom of the crust and if you have kids you know that ends dinner for them right there. When I brought this to the servers attention I did expect at least an offer to remake or an I am sorry, instead she was like oh ok well are you done with it?! Accidents happen but at least offer to remake or discount the bill even? Restaurant is always clean and very welcoming ! My daughter had the pecan chicken salad and again, never disappoints!!!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza crust is incredible and celiac safe!!

I have always been a fan of Boston pizza but tonight the service was terrible. As soon as we walked in there were 5 girls standing behind the counter, not a single one of them greeted us. We had asked for a booth and I pointed to one that was open on the back side and requested to sit there. I was then told that, that booth was actually not available and that "staff were sitting there". They then proceeded to sit us in the spot we had asked for (great!) however if they paid us any attention they would have known this was the seat we had requested instead of being stand off ish and cold. (We actually debated leaving once we sat down cause the atmosphere was "stuck up")
While ordering our food, I felt as if we were getting snarky replies from the waitress. We had asked questions and got responses as if we should have known the answers, I mispronounced one of the pizza titles and she was quick to snap back with the correct answer... If it was a response in a quirky fun way it would have been acceptable but she had definitely snapped the response back to me as if I was "dumb".
Our food was amazing but our server was very unattentive during our meal. A table across from us came in after us got their food before us and paid their bill and left before we even were able to ask for a second glass of water.
Overall not impressed with the waitress of table 11 or any of the hostess. Hopefully they change their attitude towards people who look younger than they are. All customers deserve the same quality in service.

I ordered the salmon power bowl. It was a power water, two bowls served to me was filled with water with no taste to the food. The manager tried to tell me that is how the dish is which seems impossible. ? I am yet believe the a salmon bowl ? thar should be tasty ? , has absolutely ? ? no taste.
