Good customer service and good variety of good foods ?

What a meatball issue!!Apparently there is two spaghetti meat balls but one one on their menu as the Smoky Mountain meat balls that has 3 meatballs.Well plate had 2 meatballs so we questioned the servers who was quick to apologize and explained the two plates but one not on the menu so how much it is then?Next, the second meatball was haft burned hard as a rock.We decided then to speak with the manager a female (not the server’s fault) who was quick to indicate her frustration over the over cooked meatball as they already had brought us a third meatball free of charge!Needless to say the manager attitude was very sad and disappointed with no listening skills.She shouldn’t be managing!Corporate should be advised as hidden option meals not on the menu can be charged any prices.Also was it really over cooked when you can’t even cut the meatball?Cisco distribution should be advised of the lack of bovine product they are selling as well.Server was very pleasant courteous and very understanding of our situation even apologized not as her manager!Food 2 1/2

My family had dinner here and the service was ok. Small portion of fries with the kid's meals, very disappointing. I had a burger and the taste of it was horrible. I think it was the smokey flavor, very disappointing for the price. Total cost with tip was outrageous. Server suggested I order the burger and the fries would be with my daughters meal as a side and it would save money. When he brought me the bill he still charged me $21.95 for burger and fries. The fries were a small portion which they just covered the plate. Very disappointed and i will never go back.

Have stopped in from out of town on 3 separate occasions. Each time staff have been friendly, wait times are quick and food is great. Great place to bring younger kids. Really miss this place in Sault Ste. Marie. Keep up the good work!
