Cousin Vinny's Restaurant & Bar - Chelmsford

It is to my understanding that this restaurant is the go-to location for events; with live music and multiple event nights advertised.

A limited drink menu during events would be helpful to know which are available to order. The beer-battered fish was very greasy and hard to eat. The condiments were not at the table until after we received our food, the customers beside us asked to borrow our ketchup, and there were very small extra napkins. Our child spilled a cup of water and we were given the bar towel to clean up the table, and no one came to mop the floor.

The service was friendly and exceptional; however, they seemed very overwhelmed for what we believe is a smaller event that what they usually host.

Have eaten here many time food and service is great our waitress Kristen was fantastic great with the entertainment and service!

The all staff are amazing, but we always look forward sharing a few laughs with Crystal and Carmen. They are very attentive and always remember our previous preferences 😊.
We use Wednesdays are a meeting point for friends and family.
The wings are always hot & delicious. Shrimp cold & crisp.
The atmosphere is very welcoming.

After we were seated, we waited a while before anyone came to see if we wanted a drink.

When they brought the drinks, we placed our food.

We weren't through half of our appetizer, and they brought our main course.

We went for dinner with our family. The food ranged from decent to bad. I got the chicken Parm with fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken was thin and dry, the sauce on it tasted like bland canned sauce from the grocery store, the edges were nearly burnt. The Fettuccini was over cooked, the sauce was bland and tasted watered down. I needed to load salt and pepper onto my meal to make it at all enjoyable. Even the veggie mix side was bland. I tried to order a piece of cake for dessert and it too was very dry and clearly old.
The waitress was slow and had an attitude. At one point we waved down another waitress for a drink order since we hadn't seen ours in a while. Attitude from her as well. The restaurant was not busy, lots of empty tables. We are always patient and understanding of busy service workers, but there is no excuse for the attitude we experienced.
Extremely disappointed in every aspect of the meal and experience. Will not be going back again.

Soup was microwaved and cold Wait times to be seated were long We sat 5min at the table to get a server even to acknowledge us Hostess seemed inconvenienced that she had to clean the table before she sat us and the the crumbs fell on the seat She also threw the cutlery on the table Waitress at least check in on us 2x Food was ok but they got the order wrong. Sandwich bread seemed like it was from the dollar store. Edit: we were offered. 4$ price above reflective of discount

This is a place we keep going back to!!

Best chicken fingers and fries I’ve ever had. Easily a 10 out of 10. If you love crispy, flavorful chicken and great fries, this place is a must-try.

Very disappointed. Ordered fish and chips for takeout. Had to wait to get my food after they had told me it was ready. When I got home which was 2 min from the restaurant, fish was just warm and fries were soggy. We had no coleslaw after I was told there would be, no tartar sauce and no lemon and gravy was watered down. I would say that our meal was not worth the 86$ that it cost.

Attended a dinner and comedy show and wanted to express my appreciation. As much as I love these kinds of events as well as eating out, a neurological health issue has prevented me and I have been limited to low sensory environments. I was apprehensive and upon arriving we were seated and it was too much within minutes. My husband spoke to Derek whom immediately provided solution and was super accommodating and understanding.

We were able to enjoy an evening out with great food,staff and comedy show.

Honestly terrible service. Took 30 min to get a drink. Forever for food. Forget asking for another drink. Not clean. Food was fine though my chicken fingers were questionable. Wasn’t busy and the server was MIA most of the time.
