ABSOLUTELY disgusting service from extremely rude employees! Their discrimination against others is absolutely sickening behaviour! Please hire people who have respect for other human beings!
Bag open, missing items, cold, unrecognizable small parts of chicken. Called the 1800 number, poor service. Transfered my call to the store, they put the blame on the uber driver. Completed the online survey and requested further communication, with in seconds automated response offering colonel's apology with a small popcorn chicken. What a joke. I don't know why I'm writing a review, looking at other negative reviews over the years nothing has changed.
