Usually order from the local establishment. Decided to try this chain and was greatly disappointed. Their menu is very rigid and not alot of leeway to order what you want without paying $20 for 1 large pizza with 4 toppings, strike 1. Then when we went to pick it up, customer service was poor - rude, obnoxious and so unprofessional (from phone order, to cashier to having to deal with the manager). I went there today and asked for a stuffed crust with “light sauce” can’t stand puddles of sauce and cooked a little longer because half the time it’s not cooked throughout and it’s still doughy... The pizza was horrible... more sauce then I’ve ever had on a pizza 🤮... it wasn’t cooked and I could be wasted out of my tree and cut a dam pizza better then that. Wow. What great service...
