everyone else was lovely except the Karen behind the sandwich counter who was yelling at other staff to the point that I walked over from the beverage coolers to see the commotion. Did not seem like a big deal what she was getting mad at but I feel terrible for the staff that have to deal with this likely everyday.
My favourite Tim’s in town. Morning staff is great always a pleasure to see them. Drive-thru is always quick and coffee always tastes what ordered. Best iced Capps also. I do have a comment about 1 staff member in the evening she is not the friendliest but overall I will by pass the Algonquin location and get my coffee there everyday!

Unfortunately.....All of Sudburys Tim Horton are 90% staffed by newly arrived Canadians.Hey....I have no problem with that.However..... management does not seem to do the extra training with new employees. Simple , little things.ie: learning our money , change counting etc. Common verbal slang or sayings aren't recognized. Replies said do not make verbal sense.I get it. It's hard for anybody.
