I stopped going to this location 1 month ago because 3 times in a row my order was completely incorrect (subbing oat milk for regular milk in my coffee for example) and I couldn’t even drink it. The staff also have a severe language barrier and their responses to you are usually just sounds like “huh”. They are very rude as they never say “you’re welcome” after I thank them for taking my order or for giving me my drink. Yesterday I gave them another chance and I stopped there to get a Bailey’s Latte. I purposely skipped breakfast so I could indulge and get a Baileys latte with whip and all. They ended up charging me for a Baileys Latte but did not put whip or the cocoa topping which was what I was so excited for. They never said they didn’t put the topping nor that they were out of ingredients etc. I certainly will never go back at this is the 4th time now they completely screwed up my order and were very unpleasant to speak with.

Unfortunately.....All of Sudburys Tim Horton are 90% staffed by newly arrived Canadians.Hey....I have no problem with that.However..... management does not seem to do the extra training with new employees. Simple , little things.ie: learning our money , change counting etc. Common verbal slang or sayings aren't recognized. Replies said do not make verbal sense.I get it. It's hard for anybody. But management needs to change this and help them.Product wise?Well most Tim Horton stores make great brews.

everyone else was lovely except the Karen behind the sandwich counter who was yelling at other staff to the point that I walked over from the beverage coolers to see the commotion. Did not seem like a big deal what she was getting mad at but I feel terrible for the staff that have to deal with this likely everyday.
