My husband and I have visited Swiss Chalet in Sudbury 3 times in the last 6 months and each time we were served by Gursham. He is a very pleasant and helpful young man and a pleasure to know. He surprised us this last time by actually remembering us. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Gursham is a credit to your establishment

Had a chicken wrap it was discussing the bacon was raw the salad in side was gross, that wrap was discussing, the fries were cold never had this experience before it not good at all ,

I really enjoy the food we order but there is this regular employee who works he window during the week days mid day and he is just fabulous! I have worked in the restaurant industry and he is a real gift to have on your team as he is very attentive and always in a great mood and makes the experience so pleasant. I'm celiac and he's always been amazing to make sure everything is top notch. I'm sorry I never got his name but he is a pleasure to deal with a real asset to your business! Thank you for making our experience so great! I truly think I'd miss him if I came to Swiss chalet and he wasn't there! People come back because they feel cared for and because of the personalized experience and it's exactly what I get when I come through the drive through and he's on staff. ? You've often made rough days better just by being so friendly.
Dietary restrictions: I'm celiac and they are always very attentive to this and we really appreciate it as it means we can eat at Swiss chalet with confidence and without being I'll for 2 days afterwards.
Server took our order. Only came back after we finished eating. Our food came to the table cold. My wife never got what she ordered. This restaurant is usually fantastic but this was just terrible. The restaurant was not that busy so not sure why such a terrible experience.

We stopped in at this Sudbury Swiss Chalet for dinner, after traveling for approximately 13 hours. We were exhausted and hungry, and could not have been happier with the food and service we received.

The food is not even close to what it used to be. The portions seem smaller and the flavour just isn't there like it used to be. Prices are getting a little high but so is everywhere else.
