Best meal I have had at a Keg. This visit was great!

Amazing experience and second time here. The food was delicious, but the steak can be little more juicy and flavoured.

We were there tonight, spent almost $800 at our table for my mother's 75th b-day and we were placed in the private room but then a group of 50-60 year olds arrived and were screaming ! About 10 of them. Talking so loudly with zero consideration for others around them. We were unable to have a conversation amongst ourselves cause we couldnt hear a thing. Our server was screaming to try and talk above them but the whole night was a waste. Even after several comments to quiet it down, still nothing. Im now going home with a headache and who knows how my mom's day was! Super disappointed.

Really good service and food?

We ate here at Happy Hour this evening (June 19) for my husband's birthday. Callie was an excellent and attentive server, and when there was a very minor mistake on my meal, she immediately had it fixed by the kitchen. Meanwhile, floor manager Terrance stopped by our table and comped my food, which we didn't expect, but were nonetheless very grateful for. He then checked back 2 more times to make sure we were happy with the corrected meal. thank you, Terrance & Callie! :)

In addition, my husband received a complementary dessert, which we also appreciated.

Our only feedback would be that the happy hour burger I was served was waaaay too heavy on the sauce, which made it really messy and difficult to eat. Also, it didn't seem to contain any lettuce, which I would have really appreciated, for a nice crunchy contrast. The burger was pretty mushy as a result, which I didn't find appetizing. I took half of it home in a to-go box, and will doctor it up to my liking tomorrow, sans bun and the rest of the mushy stuff.

However, and I cannot over-emphasize this: the service we received from both our server and the manager on duty was absolutely stellar. We are not accustomed to having this level of service, especially in Sudbury. We will definitely be back.

Every time we come here the food is always awesome. The staff is really nice and pleasant. The Billy minor pie ice cream is to die for.🤤

Mila service was fantastic...great atmosphere!

My husband brought me here for my birthday. The food was incredible. I had my favorite sirloin Oscar, it was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent from beginning to end.

Waiter wow..of course nameless but a fifteen year vet so you know who you are. Fish perfect. Filet perfect. Best starter shrimp ever done by pro at end of line but he's king. Desert stellar mocha mouse Billie...best ever...thanks to entrance staff too and to unknown waiter as we left...have a good nite ..off the charts staff....

I had recently went to the keg and had an issue with a steak being under done. The manager reached out to me regarding the review I had left within the hour and resolved our issue.
Roughly a couple of weeks later we decided to go back out to celebrate mother's day with my wife and kids and the food was outstanding. Not only that, the manager made sure to come and express his gratitude for us coming back and made sure everything was up to par.
You're very lucky to have a manager that puts this much pride in his work and I have no doubt your overall review rating for this location will continue to go up as a result of his dedication and level of care.

Terrible customer service, will not be coming here ever again. The manager was incredibly rude and judgmental. asked her to take a drink back and she was personally offended that I did not like it, super hostile and disrespectful, super unprofessional and then came up to us a second time and followed us out the door with her her nasty energy. (mind you I paid $200 to eat there tonight) Zero out of 10 do not recommend and the steak sucks. Wouldn’t waste my time or money here.
