Kudos to the staff who not only have to serve customers who are in a hurry but they also have to deal with altercations, people wandering in off the street and aggressive behavior. In the short time I was at this location the staff was dealing with a busy lunch hour as well as having to escort on the ruly potentially violent people out while maintaining a pleasant attitude. There should be security here and I hope that the staff is well paid because they are not just servers......
The only timhortons I've ever seen cancel out their lobby. Basically a giant gas station timmies. They have the full menu however unlike gas stations .
