I had Angel serve me. She offered if anyone was paying cash she capfuls take them at the first cash. She was pleasant and helpful. And she just offered great quality service. She offered to check if there was cheese croissant informed me there wasn’t but there was plain. Which was fine she offered to warm it up . She was just the perfection of quality service
Really great experience. Specially big ups and thanks to the front counter employee- Afzal as he is very polite and his customer service is top notch. No partiality among customers and when I was served cold tea, upon my request, he quickly asked the other female staff to prepare a new (hot) one and to serve me accordingly. It was so satisfying. Also, I have seen him speaking to other customers in very professional manner and he has a lot of patience while customers taking time...
Scary to go here early in the morning. There were homeless people everywhere, high. No tables, no bathroom and I can understand why. The girl behind the counter was very friendly though.
