I've been going to this time for years now. This one time I had a mess up. I went to put $98 on a Tim's card but for some reason it didn't work. I went back the next day and they fixed it for me. Everytime something was messed up they gave me a free coffee plus they redo the order for you. The drive thru is pretty fast most of the time but sometimes the line is pretty long. Actually had a good selection of donuts this time they ran out of smile cookies. Girl couldn't understand me so someone from far back could clearly understand me and got my order.

This is my favourite location. They are always cheerful even on the craziest days.
