They’re encouraging customers to use the self checkout now. The problem is those check-outs are selling food they don’t have in stock. I had to go through two rounds of refunds and was told that “next time look over the displayed foods before ordering”. At that point do we get an employee discount?

This Tim Hortons is deplorable Its literally always filthy dirty... I've seen them use a mop to wash the floor ... but it must be with old dirty mop & water 🤷♀️ 🧐 😲 🤷♀️

I'm not sure if the local Public Health employs staff to check but if they do there is no way they can be visiting this venue
The wheelchair accessible doors are never working and the buttons to press have so much slime on them I'm not sure you'd want to touch them
Touching any surface in this environment place including the doors leading into the venue bring the strong potential of getting sick
The donut cases often have 🪰 flys in them & are dirty
The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting
I'm a defined believer in ... if you don't have anything nice to say Don't say anything at all ... but the above is straight facts ... sadly
